Easily the biggest member of the Clubflat Team is Biceps, who not surprisingly spends a lot of time down the gym lifting 'silly' weights (to the normal person) and full-weighting most machines he uses. However Biceps is not your typical meat-head, he is pretty clever too, especially the way he finds himself a little "chunk" spot in the gym to scope the joint out and scan for punani. His size is very deceptive, as one bit of fluff pointed out to him "You're not what I was expecting, I thought you'd be a gorilla with no brains". A bit of a gentle giant, he'll use his head before he reacts. However, if you're stupid enough to make him react, then run, and fast. Even the profile pictures don't do his mucsles justice, his arms are the equivalent size of most peoples legs! Biceps is a keen party-goer and always has the latest tunes, sometimes taking to the decks at party's for a quick dabble himself. When this happens he often ends up staying on the decks all night, probably because the DJ is too scared to ask for them back. Biceps can also be spotted with his biceps bursting out of XXL-sized short-sleeved shirts in various trendy bars down Solihull and down Broad Street in Birmingham, his favourite haunts for picking up the punani. If ever there was an example of having brawn and brains, this man is it. Thank god he's on Clubflat's side.

Claim to Fame: "I was in the paper for helping a lady in distress to change a car tyre by lifting the car up with my bare hands".

Johnny Bravo - Combining image with brawn, this nickname was born. Nickname founded in 2001.
The Animal - Given after being witnessed lifting a huge amount of weights in the gym that even the bar struggled to hold. Nickname founded in 2001.
Chunk - A nickname earned due to his chunky muscular build. This became Chilli-Van-Chunk during a trip to Amsterdam when he was wandering the streets in freezing cold weather wearing nothing but a tight t-shirt. Nickname founded in 1998.
Disco Dave - A name given to him after he hogged the decks at a party all night. Nickname founded in 1995.
