With numbers up to 13 lads this year and the old faithful Cotehele Lodge being unable to cope, a new guest house was sought - The Avondale. What made this place great was the fact that Clubflat occupied every single room in it. So at least no-one could complain. Well, except the owner, Elliot, or 'Ghost of Elliot' as he became known as due to his unique ability to silently appear from no-where coupled with the somewhat creepy antique decor and furnishing in his B&B. Round the back was a dirt track and some car parks which were great for some pre-night entertainment such as smashing up Image's expensive radio controlled car at 50mph after a few voddies and Redbull. We liked this B&B, we will be back. But to make sure Nick at Cotehele Lodge didn't forget about us, we left him a few Clubflat stickers too. |
The Clubflat Team filled the entire B&B... |

Hey Nick, don't forget you had the Clubflat Team at your B&B first |
Unfortunately this year there were no Clubflat vacancies at the Cotehele |
